Clearance

CPC offer a complete property clearance service, from single item removal to clearing the whole property internally and externally, we work for private individuals and business. With modern equipment and fully trained staff, we can fulfil most of our customers requirements. Operating seven days a week and at short notice items can be relocated locally or around the UK, or disposed of responsibly, through recycling whenever possible.

We are a licensed waste carrier, and also donate items to local charities. At CPC we donate or recycle approximately 90% of items we clear. We work with Bereaved families, Private individuals, Auction Houses, Landlords, Solicitors, Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Business Owners, Local Authorities, Local Events Organisers. Properties we clear are Houses, Flats, Bedsits, Lofts, Hotels, Offices, Sheds, Garages, Shops, Factories, Public Houses, Gardens.

Cleaning & Maintenance Service

CPC offer a varied cleaning and ongoing maintenance programme. We offer a basic clean, which consists of hoovering, dusting and wiping down of work surfaces. Or a complete in depth clean, which would involve the above plus a thorough clean of the bathroom with bleaching of toilets and cleaning of mirrors and taps, sinks and baths. Cleaning inside of cupboards, cleaning of windows.

Outside we also offer various levels of cleaning, we clean windows, fascias and guttering. And can pressure wash decking, patios, paths, fences and drives. Painting and decorating, plus basic DIY is also available. We can also arrange a qualified plumber or electrician to carry out the work we are unable to do ourselves. Safety is one of our main concerns and we will not do work we are not qualified to do.

Items relocated - MAN & VAN service

This unique service is for individual clients who wish to hire CPC for something out of the ordinary. We can move single valuable items from an Auction House to a private address, move a student to his new accommodation, move you to your new office after that job promotion. Collect recently purchased items from furniture stores, garden centres, garages, DIY stores. Or simply move that unwanted household appliance like a cooker or freezer. CPC staff and vehicles are versatile and can cope with most of your requirements.

Packing & Unpacking Service

This service helps clients who require extra help with their items, and is normally carried out one or two days before their removal date. Items will be boxed and labelled for identification purposes at the new address.

We try to move most of the items into one room, near the property exit point to save time on the removal date. We will remove lamp shades, curtains, carpets, wall fixings and dismantle flat pack furniture at this stage. Any items relating to electric, gas or water connections, that need removing need to be sorted at this point in time, so we need to organise the relevant trades people in advance.

CPC staff are not trained in electric, gas and plumbing, and under no circumstances will they put our clients or themselves in danger. ( CPC also supply packing boxes for clients who wish to pack their own items ).

Storage Service

CPC can store clients items for short or long periods of time, this service is helpful for clients moving home and need to vacate their present home before their new one is available. Or for items that are being sold and no longer required. Our storage facility is clean and dry, and has twenty four hour security. Clients can relax and be sure their items are safe and secure.

Removals

CPC offer a full furniture removal service, and can operate locally or throughout the UK. With twenty six years experience, delivering various items throughout the UK, with some having extended insurance cover up to £20000.00, you can be sure we will take care of your items. And because we specialise in small vehicles we can operate in locations that big vehicles cannot.

SAVING MONEY IN YOUR MOVE

If moving address please ensure your freezer is defrosted, access to the property is clear or parking has been arranged. Turn off Utility supplies and take necessary readings. Cancel milk and papers, advise your Dentist, GP, Phone company, TV licence, Vet ,DVLA, Passports. Clear the loft, put plants into pots which require keeping, and redirect your mail to your new address. Try to use boxes for small items, crockery, and clothing and remember to label them, fragile or which room at your new address. And try to gather all your items close to the exit this will save us work and make your quote cheaper. (Ensure you have a key to the new address, and access, make sure we can enter the property when we arrive, delays will cost you money!)

Key Collection

Our aim is to be as helpful and efficient as possible, so that is why we also offer a key collection service. The client can nominate a Key Holder to pass us the key to gain access to their property. This could be an Estate Agent, Solicitor, Landlord, friend or relation. We would then meet with this person and collect the relevant keys, and then return them after our work was completed.

Making Safe Utility supplies and Meter reading

Water stop taps can be turned off, gas supply, electric supply and oil tanks can also be turned off. This is very important to avoid any costly bills that may occur from damage caused by leaking supplies. We can also check the meter reading of the property Utility supplies, ie gas, electric, water, oil. This is always important so the client can clear any outstanding bills with the supplier. Any post at the property can also be forwarded to our client, and the Post office does offer a re-direct service for post.

Garden Clearance

Cornwall Property Clearance also clears your property external areas, we can clear overgrown gardens, ie grass, bushes, trees, and general rubbish. Remove unwanted greenhouses, sheds and old vehicles, and we also offer a pressure washing service to clean paths, patios, fences and drives

Tipper Van

Our two tonne tipper truck van is ideal for waste removal and bulk deliveries. We can deliver all your aggregate supplies. Sand, Chippings, Gravel, Hardcore, and other items such as Concrete Blocks, Bricks, Lintels, Cement, Timber, Pipes, Topsoil, Turf, Woodchip, Compost, Garden Furniture, Plants and Trees. We are fully flexible and will collect your orders  from Builders Merchants, Agricultural Merchants, Garden Centres, and DIY stores.

This truck is ideal for waste removal and can carry away garden and builders waste with ease. Much cheaper than hiring a skip and the rubbish is loaded by us saving you time and money in labour. Old greenhouses and sheds can be removed from the garden. With the extension cage sides we can carry lots of garden green waste, trees and bushes, also unwanted items such as old furniture. We are also a registered waste carrier so you can be confident that your waste is removed and disposed of in the correct manner.
