CPC does not charge VAT, and our quote is a fixed price, except for unforseen circumstances.

One man, and van.

1 hour – £25.00
2 hours – £50.00
3 hours – £75.00
4 hours – £100.00
5 hours – £125.00
6 hours – £150.00
7 hours – £175.00
8 hours – £200.00

Two men, minimum 2hrs hire and van.

1 hour – £35.00
2 hours – £70.00
3 hours – £105.00
4 hours – £140.00
5 hours – £175.00
6 hours – £210.00
7 hours – £245.00
8 hours – £280.00

There is no added extras on the price we quote you, if we have all the correct information:

The distance from our depot to site and return.
The entrance to the site, close and easy access to the front door.
The amount of items to be moved, quantity and size.

(However incorrect information, and unforseen circumstances will effect your quote).
CPC try to be honest about their business operation at all times.

CPC Clearance

How much we charge depends on various factors:

The amount of items to be moved and their weight.
Time and labour required to move the items.
Distance travelled to site and return to our depot.
Distance travelled to relocate any kept items.
Extent of cleaning required, and ongoing maintenance required.
Storage required.
Time and labour for packing and unpacking of items.

We may be able to give you a quote if you send us some photos via email of the property to be cleared, however, we prefer to do a site visit to give an accurate evaluation. We can collect keys from a nominated person, or arrange a property viewing outside of normal working hours.

All our services have a FREE no obligation quotation and advice, and written quotes are provided.

Our quote is a FIXED PRICE except for unforseen circumstances, and will last for 30 days from the date provided.
